Last night at the Pacific Amphitheater, I was completely disappointed with Nitzer Ebb's show. She sang her kick ass old punk age songs, maybe 4 of them, but even then she either messed with the lyrics to "update" them or sang with a completely different vibe. The show was boring, slow, just downright sad, and I felt like I was watching a warm-up band that I had no idea who they were. I am 40 years old, have seen her in LA in her heyday, and this was just disappointing all around. Singing what the crowd wants to hear and sing along to would get more people pumped to buy a new album, don't ya think?!? Honestly, very frustrating because this could have been a fantastic show.
